Admission Letter Acceptance

Admission Letter Acceptance

Congratulations on your admission offers! This is an exciting but critical decision point. We assist you in carefully evaluating each offer. We'll help you compare universities, program curricula, research opportunities, and, most importantly, the financial aid packages. Understanding the nuances of scholarships, assistantships, and stipends is key. Our goal is to ensure you choose the offer that not only provides the best education but also the strongest financial support, setting you up for a debt-free academic journey.

Compare the money, not just the name

Two funded offers are rarely equal. We break down each offer's real value: stipend amount versus local cost of living, whether funding is guaranteed for the full PhD duration or reviewed yearly, tuition waiver terms, health insurance coverage, and the workload attached to teaching or research assistantships. A €1,600/month German contract and a $2,400/month US stipend can leave you with very different savings at the end of the month.

Read the contract before you sign

Funded offers come with conditions — minimum teaching hours, progress reviews, publication expectations, and rules about outside work. We go through the offer letter and funding contract with you so you understand exactly what you are committing to, and we help you write to the department when something needs clarification or negotiation, such as a start-date change or a relocation allowance.

Accept, decline, and keep doors open

We help you respond professionally: accepting your chosen offer on time, declining others without burning bridges with professors you may meet again at conferences, and handling deposits and enrollment paperwork. Once you accept, we immediately move you into visa preparation so no time is lost before your intake.
